Why would you do such a criminal surgery to your pet?
You might "want" not "need" to do this to you pet for the following reasons:
1) It makes your pet live longer, as If you knew in advance the estimated lifetime of your pet or animal; the lives are in god's hands and no one can tell anyone when he is going to die logically.
2) It lets your pet avoid expected prostate cancer, as If we can know the expected action of the body cells getting cancer.
3) It's wise to avoid the unwanted offspring to be dealt harshly, as If you are the one who is responsible for providing them with food and tenderness. Would you guarantee that your pet isn't being dealt harshly after death or even while being abroad?!
Only god creates them and cares for them in the case even of not your presence.
4) It's acting in a mad way making a lot of mess, You would better set them free or give them to someone who cares, otherwise you can just let them fulfill their desire of marriage and get calm instead of trying to deprive them of what god created them to do.
As you can see all the reasons are emotional not reasonable.
